Here's an interesting article about getting government grants.

Essentially, it's saying that it's not easy getting a grant particularly if it is for for-profit businesses. For other purposes, getting a grant is hard work. There is a lot of competition and one has to provide the funding agency with a well-written Proposal.

Well a planned approach is required for gov. funding. Seek out advice from retired official of fund granting agency.. They would be very much helpful.

Well you've heard the old saying...That anything worth having you have to work for...and in this case, the gov't makes sure of it. Otherwise, if it was easy AND free...everyone would be doing it!
