Like I said the blog is written by somebody called Andrew Kestler who has done a great job on his posts. The blog has been running for a while now and will continue to run so it isn’t one of them quick made blogs, but is a professional blog on the real estate tax investing niche.

Andrew Kestler (articles.taxlieninvestingguide.com), has great knowledge of the real estate niche. Hoping Andrew can join this forum and contribute with some posts one day too
