business that needs help yesterday

I tried to post this in the Government Grants section of this forum for help but it was removed. So if this is the right place to post this please help us urgently.

"We got big business problems and we need a grant yesterday. I got this business started August 16th. It really should be a non-profit business but we don't have the $1,500.00 to spend on getting non-profit status. I paid some site called USA GRANTS (NOT www.usagovernmentgrants.org) or something to help us by letting us use their tools to apply for grants but so far they have not been that helpful because we still have to look threw all the grants that are titled with something that appear to be what we are going for but then we find out it's for a different type of business.

They called me the other day and noticed I haven't found a Grant yet. Apparently they have to give me my money back if I don't get the Grant I need. They recommended I go to http://spcoaching.com/lc.php to ask for help for free (ya right they want money) to help me figure out what grants are right for my business.

I was going to attach a .pdf that tells what we do and what we are planning to do however this site does not have support for Linux so I'll just have to tell you here what our business does.

So here is the scoop. Our town's youth is sinking into oblivion. The parents let the kids do whatever they want and most of them are walking around dressed in black trying to commit suicide and they get drunk by drinking the beer their parents buy for them. If they have a problem or something in their universe is something they want to change they simply complain to their parents until their parents do something about it so that the children / adults can get their way. Most of the time these kids spend their days at home in their rooms by them selves or with a few others like them having ******************, drinking, smoking, playing video games, cutting themselves, or doing something else negative that's going to get them in jail like egging houses.

I already had a Computer Business since 2001 and I turned 18 in 2003 so that's about when I got my first city business license. The business here started in 2008 August 16th at 901 Main Street in Pomeroy WA 99347. I got a two story building at $200.00 a month rent, $80.00 for phone and internet, $60 - $100 for electricity, $160 every 3 months for watter and sewer unlimited and other costs. At the time I had a job that paid $1800+ a month - taxes so this all looked very good. My total expenses were and are $1,300+ a month. The computer business was bringing in about $480 a month at the very most and that was to cover the one independent contractor who worked there and voluntarily monitored the children. We have a video game arcade for the kids and lots of Christian materials. The cost of the computers was around $1,800 since we built them all ourselves. They all run Linux and play both Windows and Linux games. They can't get viruses and they have child protection on them. The kids just love to come here and set down and play the games for hours.

Our independent Contractor that was working for us evidentially was not properly licensed and he chose to quit but before he did so he called the Department of Labor and Industries on us. He then stole the items from the store that he wanted to take with him and didn't return the keys for almost a month and the Police told us we could do nothing about it. When we could afford it we bought a new lock. Then the x contractor slandered our name and for two months no one wanted to come here because they thought I fired him and he said other things. He then had two of his friends vandalize our building by spray painting it and breaking a window. When we first spoke with them we discovered that according to them we need a WA State License and not just a city license. They will be here this Monday to inspect our facilities. Just two days ago I spoke to the lady that's coming here and she told me that I must pay Workers state insurance for the 4 months he worked here and for anyone else who may have helped with my business. I then asked her if that included volunteers that came here to help. She said that I would have to pay for volunteers about $.10 an hour even for my mother if she came down to help. I don't think there is any legal basis for this. Then she proceeded to discuss that if the volunteers and workers were not directly working on fixing computers I could not be charged for their insurance. My x independent contractor didn't do anything computer related unless you can count playing video games voluntarily as working on a computer. He didn't really do much of anything I asked him to regarding the computer business. He even fixed computers for free for other people without telling me about it.

So how does our business hope to make money in the future if we can get threw this? Well we want to make computer components here in Pomeroy WA 99347 and sell them all over the world. Yes it can be done at a competitive price compared to China with $80,000.00 worth of equipment. We have people in Seattle WA interested in fronting us $100,000.00 if we can show them a working prototype first. We need $50,000.00 to get out from under our mess and get a working prototype to the people in Seattle. If we can do that then the $100,000.00 being invested in coming up with a finished product should be the next step and then the money to market the product and produce it in bulk. Then next the money to invest in the machinery here $80,000.00. We are thinking of getting help from MPC who is currently in Chapter 11 in Idaho. They are the world's best computer company but because the US Government decided to leave them and start using another manufacturer to produce their computer equipment they can't stay in business because their equipment is very high quality and is targeted towards people that don't like to buy shotty products at Wall Mart. Everyone likes to buy low cost computers instead of paying that extra $100 - $200 to get a computer that will last more than 5 seconds. MPC's computers were military grade (could be dropped from 25 feet, watter proof, ect.) like the Tough Book.

So what we need is to figure out how to get money now without taking out any loans or loading up more credit cards. Any help would be appreciated and yes we have asked Churches to help us help the kids financially.
