Default Cutting car insurance costs?

Other than not getting tickets and not being involed in accidents what are some ways to have your insurance cost cut? I know that there are certain ages that your coverage will go down. I think its 19,22, and 25 if you have been a licenced driver since 16.

Are there classes you can take? Does getting married or having kids effect you rate? I drive a rather large truck to pull my boat and I can't down size so I was looking for any help at all.
